Screen Printing is the time tested traditional method used printing on both CD-ROMs and CD-Rs.
The result is a high quality professional finish. This print option offers the ability to print either spot
colors or 4-color process (with the use of 5 films). There is no additional charge for PMS match.
Thermal Printing Ideally used for artwork with photos, extremely fine detail or gradients.
Looks as crisp and sharp. Very High Quality 600 dpi.
Digital Offset Printing Ideally used for artwork with photos, extremely fine detail or gradients.
Looks as crisp and sharp as a printed page from an offset press. Very High Quality 300 dpi.

Data Duplication Option:

CD-R media is delivered "Blank" unless ordered with data duplication. CD-R media is manufactured
so that you can "burn" your own data onto each CD-R. However, there are occasions when data
duplication at the factory is desirable, especially in rush orders where there is not enough time to
manufacture a CD-ROM. Note: Physical Data Master must be provided on CD-R

Set Up: /v

Note that 4-color process screen print is a five color job. If 4-color process is desired, in some cases
it is less expensive to use the Thermal Print version because the Set Up is less expensive.
PDF Proofs are included with the set up cost.
