Notes:4-Color Process print on a CD-ROM requires 5 colors. "4/1"
Insert Panels means that the paper is printed in 4-Color process on one side,
and in Black ink on the other side. "4/4" Insert Panels means that
both sides of the paper print in 4-Color process.
